Jim Repetti is a nationally recognized tax expert. He has been a consultant to the Internal Revenue Service, Justice Department, and the U.S. Senate and is the co-author of three textbooks,听Introduction to United States International Taxation (7th Edition, 2022);听Partnership Income Taxation听(7th Edition 2023); and Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation: Cases and Materials (2015).听Repetti is also a contributing author to the treatises,听Comparative Income Taxation: A Structural Analysis听and听The International Guide to Partnerships.
Professor Repetti has published articles in several law reviews, including the md传媒国产剧 College Law Review, NYU Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Wisconsin Law Review, and Florida Tax Review. He has also appeared as a commentator in publications such as Bloomberg, the听Washington Post,听Marketplace,听md传媒国产剧 Globe, Christian Science Monitor, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal听and听Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.听He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Lawyers and holds a peer review 鈥淎V Preeminent鈥� rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available to lawyers.听
