Important Dates & Information

Baccalaureate Mass
Conte Forum
Graduates should be attired in gown but without cap and hood.
1:30 p.m.
Post-Baccalaureate Mass Reception
Lower Campus Lawn (across from Maloney Hall)
Light refreshments.

University Commencement Exercises (main ceremony)
Alumni Stadium听
This ceremony is held outdoors, rain or shine. Guests should be seated by 9:05 a.m.
Arrival and Assembly
All graduates should be in the assembly areas by 7:45 a.m.
Graduate Students
- All graduate schools (except WGCAS and CGSOM):听Alumni Stadium, Merkert Chemistry Center end, to the right of Gate A

CSTM Diploma Ceremony Information:
- The ceremony starts at 1:00pm
- The diploma ceremony lasts approximately one hour.
- The ceremony will be streamed live on the Commencement homepage.听
- Individual CSTM diplomas will be distributed after the ceremony.听
- A professional photographer will take individual shots of each graduate that will be available for purchase.听
- Your guests may sit in any unreserved seats.听
- There is no limit to the number of guests, and no tickets are necessary for either the main ceremony or the CSTM Diploma Ceremony.
